Support safe medication routines, documentation, resident observation, and communication with the care team within the scope of the role.

Provide dependable supervision, safety checks, personal-care support, light housekeeping, and calm reassurance during evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Maintenance & Transportation Support
Assist with minor home maintenance, safety checks, grounds upkeep, supplies, errands, and transportation support when authorized.

- At least 18 years old for direct-care roles
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass required background and employee-misconduct registry checks
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Respectful communication with residents, families, and coworkers
- Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position
- CPR and First Aid certification when required for the role
- Completion of orientation, infection-control, emergency, abuse/neglect, and role-specific training
- Current license or certification for regulated clinical positions
- Commitment to privacy, dignity, resident rights, and person-centered care
