Speak with us →
What is included in the monthly rate?

Standard services generally include the room, meals and snacks, housekeeping, laundry, supervision, activities, companionship, and the agreed level of assistance with daily living. The residency agreement will identify exactly what is included.

Why can the final price be different from the starting rate?

Room type, availability, personal-care needs, mobility support, supplies, and the amount of staff assistance required can affect the final rate. Pricing is confirmed after assessment and before move-in.

Do you offer private and shared rooms?

Yes. Private and companion-room options may be available. Because this is an intimate residential home, availability can change quickly; please call for the current room status.

Can residents bring their own furniture and belongings?

Families may discuss preferred furnishings and personal items during the tour and move-in planning. Familiar photographs, bedding, décor, and keepsakes can help a new room feel like home, subject to space and safety needs.

Do you coordinate with home health or hospice?

When appropriate and allowed, we can coordinate with a resident’s chosen outside providers, including physicians, pharmacies, home health, and hospice. Services are based on the resident’s needs and provider plan.

How do we know whether the home is the right fit?

The process begins with a conversation, tour, and individualized assessment. We consider the person’s daily-living needs, mobility, medications, behaviors, safety, preferences, and whether those needs can be supported appropriately.

Are tours available without an appointment?

Tours are scheduled by appointment to protect residents’ privacy and ensure someone is available to give your family proper attention. Please call before visiting.
